An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 4 Administrator to join our dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) at The Campbell Centre, supporting the vital care and support provided to our inpatients.We’re seeking a motivated professional with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You’ll have experience in administrative roles, preferably in the NHS or mental health services, and a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Interviews will be conducted in a face to face setting.Main duties of the jobAs a key member of the Campbell Centre administration team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of administrative support. We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and IT-proficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a positive impact.In this role, you’ll take a lead in coordinating and preparing agendas for meetings, ensuring timely distribution of documentation, accurate minute-taking, and effective follow-up on action plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organising critical documentation, supporting training processes and day to day management of staff rosters.   • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in minute-taking and preparing detailed reports.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and information governance in the workplace.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in mental health services or NHS settings.
  • Familiarity with HealthRoster and SystmOne systems.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and electronic patient record systems.
