Job Title: Administrator
Location: Lymington
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE
Working Hours: 8:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Producing customer quotes
- Booking items on the bespoke system
- Completing export license applications
- Packing and delivering instruments to clients
- Completing customer documentation
- Updating dispatch notes
- Updating customer information on the database
- Assisting with customer queries through telephone and email
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- You will need to have a UK driving license to use the company car once a week for deliveries
- Previous administration experience
- Confident Microsoft Office skills
- Experience of using CRM database
- Keen eye for detail
- Able to work to tight deadlines
