About The RoleWe have a great opportunity to join our Audi Aftersales team as an Administrator on part time (23.5 hours) fixed term contract for 12 months. As an Administrator, you will provide general administrative support to the Head of Aftersales as well as the wider team as required.What you could be doing:

  • Finance administration including raising purchase orders, invoice processing, monthly accruals, quarterly reforecasting and cost centre management.
  • To manage and organise events and activities for the management team as well as preparation of key documents.
  • Day to day diary management and support with travel, expenses and any ad hoc request
  • Maintenance of filing systems and organising team equipment

Skills & experience you can bring to the role:

  • You will need to be super organised, proactive with good time management skills
  • You’ll be a whizz at using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel with a high attention to detail.
  • A flexible attitude with the ability to multi task due to the ever changing priorities will be necessary.
