This vacancy is open to employees of the University of Nottingham only.
The School of Medicine Education Centre is inviting applications for the Admissions Manager. The role holder will take responsibility for the smooth running of the application process and will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager, Dean of Medical Education, Admissions Directors and Lincoln colleagues, to agree the best strategy for achieving School targets across the University of Nottingham Medicine Programmes.
The role holder will contribute to the development of admissions processes, policies and procedures, working with the Central Admissions department, Registry and Academic Affairs and School staff.
Candidates must have a relevant degree or professional qualification or proven track record of extensive relevant work experience. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the higher education sector and university admissions decision making with significant understanding and experience of admissions principles, practices and procedure.
The post is offered on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours) ; however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
