We foster an environment of innovation and growth, partnering closely with employers to nurture high-performing and motivated professionals.Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel required within Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, and London.ResponsibilitiesManage a designated caseload of learners within the specified work area.Effectively plan your schedule and conduct visits to learners at their workplace.Deliver personalized one-to-one and group support, conduct classes, and facilitate online tuition sessions.Identify learners’ strengths and weaknesses, providing tailored support to facilitate progress.Keep abreast of the latest developments through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and active participation in delivery meetings.Collaborate closely with the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to implement improvement actions.Champion equal opportunities and address any training-related issues promptly and effectively.RequirementsHold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, with potential for Level 5 attainment.Desirable to possess an IQA qualification, though not mandatory.Hold a recognized adult teaching qualification (Certificate in Level 3 Education in Training or equivalent).Possess a recognized assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent).Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.Stay updated on ongoing developments within the field of work.Ability to offer constructive feedback and review assessment plans effectively.Dedication to delivering high-quality training in alignment with national standards.Flexible availability for travel to learners’ workplaces.Eligible to work in the UK, with a clean Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.BenefitsEnjoy 25 days of annual holiday allowance.Participate in a comprehensive pension scheme.Access support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), available 24/7.Receive reimbursement for onsite parking and travel expenses.Access sick pay and benefit from our discount scheme.Celebrate with generous annual leave, including a free Birthday Day off.Opportunity to buy/sell holidays as needed.Take advantage of our employee/learner referral schemes.Salary: £26,000 annually.#LI-CG1
