30 hours a weekJoin our friendly team as a Part-Time Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Mountain View Health Centre.The hours are Monday to Friday 30 hours per week, 6 hours per dayThe Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) plays a pivotal role in enhancing the level of care provided to patients through advanced practice interventions. This role involves autonomously managing complete episodes of clinical care across all age groups and all demographics, encompassing a wide range of clinical conditions, diagnosing, treating, and referring patients as appropriate. The ACP operates within a multi-disciplinary team and is instrumental in mentoring and supporting both nursing staff and trainee practitioners.Key responsibilities include the application of advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe and advise patients across a variety of settings including face to face, telephone and e-consultations, ensuring the use of evidence-based practice. The ACP will also lead in the development of new services and pathways to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes.
