The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking experienced professionals and thought leaders to join our Advisory Board. As an Advisory Board Member, you will provide strategic guidance, program implementation insights, and connections to strengthen our impact across Europe and globally.TEEI is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding educational access and professional opportunities for underserved communities, particularly displaced individuals and women. With programs such as Together for Ukraine, Language Connect for Ukraine, and Upskilling & Mentorship Initiatives, we work to bridge gaps in education, workforce development, and social integration.This is a volunteer position with flexible involvement, ideal for professionals looking to contribute expertise in a meaningful way.Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on program implementation, scalability, and impact measurement.
  • Supporting fundraising efforts by leveraging networks for donor engagement and corporate sponsorships.
  • Assisting in establishing strategic partnerships with NGOs, academic institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Providing insights on education policy, technology-driven learning, and nonprofit governance.
  • Acting as a TEEI ambassador, promoting our initiatives at events, conferences, and networking engagements.
  • Participating in biannual Advisory Board meetings and offering guidance as needed.

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will bring:

  • A strong commitment to education, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Program Implementation & Impact Evaluation – Expertise in scaling and evaluating nonprofit initiatives.
  • Fundraising & Development – Background in securing grants, major gifts, or corporate sponsorships.
  • Corporate & Foundation Partnerships – Ability to connect TEEI with potential sponsors and institutional funders.
  • Education & Workforce Development – Experience in academic leadership, professional training, or digital learning platforms.
  • Nonprofit Strategy & Governance – Experience in advisory roles, policy-making, or social impact strategy.
  • A strong professional network that can support TEEI’s goals.
  • Availability for two annual Advisory Board meetings, with ongoing engagement at your discretion.
