We want to hear from experienced psychotherapists who are looking for a new challenge and wanting to work in an idiosyncratic manner delivering the very highest quality therapy.Main duties of the jobAssessment of clinical presentation, to develop an individualised formulation and create a bespoke treatment plan that meets the needs of the individualYou will work with adults, young people and families, many of whom will have experienced significant trauma with an ongoing impact on daily living.You will deliver high quality psychotherapy, ensuring that this meets the needs of the clients and is flexible and responsiveProfessional reporting is also requiredAbout usAt The Condition Management Company our focus is on developing a high quality, personalised service with clients at the heart of the service. We received consistently high feedback and have recently been shortlisted for Best Provider of Mental Health Services at the HSJ Independent Provider Awards.Our work is made up of a variety of contracts. This includes individual private patients for assessment and treatment, providing interventions for people on specialist service pathways like our Family Psychological Support Service, occupational health input for local organisations including first responders, working with children and young people with psychological presentations in and out of school settings, providing treatment support for people with autistic spectrum disorders and ADHD, and supporting patients on NHS waiting lists. We match clients to clinicians with the right skills and experience.We would like to hear from skilled psychotherapists with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience across a range of a clients, and with a proven record of strong clinical outcomes. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to meet your clients specific needs, and to work towards their goals. This will be within the parameters of either the contract under which they are referred, or the request of the client. You will complete full clinical assessments, produce suitable reports detailing clients symptoms, the functional impact of their difficulties and their goals.
