Bowker Motor Group is looking for a Aftersales Booking Agent Supervisor.Your roleDue to expansion, the Aftersales Booking Agent Supervisor position has arisen within Bowker Motor Group at the BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands to work within a small team.The objective of the position is to lead the team of six in driving work into our Aftersales departments at Preston and Blackburn, creating bookings from inbound and out bound calls.Working days are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm with an unpaid break of one hour; alongside with Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm on a rota basis.Your profileThe successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who is driven, has a passion for customer service, with an outstanding telephone manner and be able to show the following qualities and knowledge:
- Direct the Booking Agent Team and develop and agree outbound sales activity
- Maximise direct selling time
- Help to develop and implement Marketing activity
- Support the team in achieving goals in a timely manner
- Ability to analyse statistics and management information
- Experience of managing people
- Commercial awareness
- Enthusiastic
- Self motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
