Cpl Healthcare are recruiting an Occupational health nurse for a full time position in ESB Occupational Health Services Dublin.
Job Summary:
The Occupational Health Physician is responsible for providing medical expertise and advice to ensure the health and safety of employees in the workplace. This includes conducting medical assessments, managing occupational illnesses and injuries, and implementing health promotion programs. The Occupational Health Physician collaborates with other healthcare professionals and works closely with management to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
(a) Hold registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the speciality of Occupational Medicine
(b) Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
(c) In-depth knowledge of occupational health principles, practices, and legislation.
(d) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to employees, management, and other stakeholders.
(e) Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and other relevant software.
Role:
- The occupational Health Physician will be required to attend our offices along with sessional work on client site for 2-3 hours weekly
