Your role will involve developing and implementing innovative solutions for Liberty Global, using the power of AI technology.This role involves harnessing technical competence in AI to align product strategies with market dynamics, user demands, and overarching business goals, ensuring the creation of groundbreaking and market-leading AI products, that sets our offerings apart in the market.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ideate: You bring thought leadership on Artificial Intelligence and are able to define new opportunities in existing and new AI products, using quantitative and qualitative data to identify new trends, challenges, and business opportunities. to understand customer needs and improve customer experiences. Connect with the market, monitor needs and identify solution implications by having a continuous communication line with the relevant teams.
  • Define: Accountable for the definition, development, maintenance and SLAs of AI products that help to tackle a specific business need, based on a detailed understanding of customer needs, defining & improving Customer Value propositions (solutions). This includes determining the positioning of the solutions with regards to the customer, pricing, features & the guidelines for the experience throughout the complete customer journey.
  • Plan: Shape and negotiate (with business collaborators) a clear roadmap for the AI products within your scope, including leading the performance of your product line, specifically: profit and loss account of your products/services, budgeting, realisation of the budget and elaborating cases.
  • Execute: Steer and challenge multi-disciplinary analytics teams to build these data products and communicate about the results to senior management, also being a customer and market advocate by acting as the go-to-person with regards to the solution and business insights related to the solution & market; ensuring & maintaining customer and market interaction on a qualitative and quantitative basis; building thought leadership by providing insights of the solutions/market dynamics to the internal organization.
  • Coach: Together with our talent lead, you mentor our data specialists to bring them to the next level (personal growth is key in our data organization)

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEWe tend to look for people with:

  • Extensive experience with an AI Product approach or similar role, in a large, complex enterprise
  • Experience in multiple AI technologies, services, and new product development
  • Experience in building large scale application using Gen AI technologies.
  • Experience in business transformations & process re-design
  • Ability to craft outcomes for AI products in your purview
  • A mentoring/ collaborative style of working and technical leadership.

Desirable skills & abilities:

  • Experience in a Telco environment/Big data companies

PREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant College/University degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)
  • Solid understanding of Generative AI and hands on experience building, delivering AI Capabilities
  • Able to lead on projects with complex challenges, delivering operational excellence, cost optimized and strategically aligned solutions.
  • Proven track record in leading a team and be able to work cross functionally.
  • Able to communicate effectively and convey complex concepts to internal and external collaborators.
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders and decision makers as a technical thought leader in the field of AI, contributing to decision making and guiding initiatives.
