Air Dominance is one of the world’s largest providers of military airpower, serving the United States and allied nations. AD encompasses a portfolio of programs, including the T-7A Red Hawk, F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, F-15 Eagle, MQ-25, and Phantom Works. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels; including Associate and Experienced Levels to find the best fit for this position.As the FP&A Integrator, you will be responsible for integrating the Advanced Programs Sensor & Security (APS&S) financials within Fighters into the overall Air Dominance (AD) portfolio and provide financial analysis and reporting to the Fighters executive leadership, AD FP&A, and AD Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The FP&A Integrator will also provide mentorship, leadership, and quality financial analysis to the individual programs in the portfolio.Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and consolidation of the Long-Range Business Plans (LRBP) and monthly forecast
  • Develops executive-level presentations for the Fighters Leadership Team
  • Makes recommendations to senior leaders on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
  • Establishes partnerships and relationships with program leadership, peers, and functional leaders
  • Leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of financial performance to senior management
  • Builds a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the listed location. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
  • 1+ years of experience using financial analysis for the purposes of decision making
  • 1+ years of experience creating and analyzing data to identify data trends and communicate a story to depict findings

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the preparation of Long Range Business Plans (LRBP)
  • 1+ years of experience in financial forecast
  • 1+ years of experience demonstrating presentation skills to senior managers and/or executives
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with financial planning systems
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter and self-directed learner with a creative mind, and high attention to detail
