Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Expert Guidance: Offer in-depth knowledge and insights on the Alfabet platform to support project teams.
- Implementation and Customization: Lead the implementation and customization of Alfabet to meet organizational needs.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for users and provide ongoing support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Alfabetprocesses and configurations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments and updates in the Alfabet platform.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience working with the Alfabet platform or similar enterprise architecture tools.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Alfabet.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of enterprise architecture principles and portfolio management.
Preferred Attributes:
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Alfabet or enterprise architecture.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative: Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
