Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in Fort Belvoir, VA. As a key member of a unique, multi-discipline team, you will focus on current and near-term events related to Nuclear Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), playing a crucial role in enhancing security, force protection, and operability against a spectrum of nuclear WMD events.
In this position, you will conduct in-depth research on intelligence issues related to nuclear WMD threats to the United States and allied nations. Your responsibilities include providing written input to reports and briefings, responding to requests for information (RFI), and contributing to research and analytical data entries. Your work will be disseminated to Agency leadership, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), and the broader Intelligence Community (IC).
As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate with DTRA, CCMDs, and IC partners to fuse operations and intelligence information. Leverage your expertise in WMD, counter-proliferation, network analysis, social network analysis, and command and control systems to analyze and produce intelligence products that inform and advance DTRA activities. Your contributions will significantly enhance the situational understanding and comprehension of WMD and associated proliferation networks, supporting Whole-of-Government efforts against WMD threats.

Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
- Active TS/SCI
- Bachelor’s degree and more than 3 years as a technical specialist with a focus on a nuclear specialty such as, nuclear fuel cycle, associated weapons development pathways, etc.
- More than 3 years of experience providing intelligence analysis for DoD and/or an intelligence agency in an analyst role, including multi-intelligence WMD.
- More than 2 years of direct experience at the strategic or operational level writing all-source analytic products.
- Practical understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
- Practical understanding of MS Office, Excel, and big-data analytic techniques for structured and unstructured data.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Graduate degree in a nuclear-related field and 10 years as a technical specialist with a focus on a nuclear specialty such as, nuclear fuel cycle, associated weapons development pathways, etc
- More than 8 years of experience providing intelligence analysis for DoD and/or an intelligence agency in an analyst role, including multi-intelligence WMD
- More than 5 years of direct experience at the strategic or operational level writing all-source analytic products.
- Well-versed in military intelligence, WMD, and counterproliferation.
