Requisition ID: 213930Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.As the Analyst, Loyalty Rewards Relationship Management, you will support the Director, Rewards Strategy & Management with collaborating with Scotiabank partners to identify their business loyalty objectives. You will support all product teams and business line partners with business unit analysis, new product integration strategy and support, KPI tracking and measurement, go-to market initiatives, and promotional strategies.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:Support the Director with key deliverables, providing input into business and product initiatives through research and competitive analysis to inform on best practices and productsAttend workstream meetings to ensure full understanding of all current future state and Scotiabank workstreamsIn conjunction with Senior Managers and Director, create supporting decks and provide analysis to support discussions around future stateDevelop weekly contact reports on internal communications outlining actions taken, progress, risks and process to dateReport on overall Scotiabank strategic oversight and prioritizationBuild relationships with internal partners which may include Scene, Credit Cards, Auto, Insurance Tangerine and other business linesSupport loyalty product leads on meeting minutes and follow up itemsProvide loyalty program updates and key performance metrics in partnership with Loyalty & Partnerships Finance leadSupport Senior Managers with updating monthly scorecard and tracking results, supporting planning between internal business lines and third party loyalty platform providerShare key strategic insights along with the results to inform on key opportunities for driving business value through regularly quarterly business reviewsTrack impact and outcomes and provide regular reporting to key stakeholdersContinually monitor current and historical internal and external trends, keeping abreast of the competitive landscape and sharing findings to Senior ManagementWork closely with other Loyalty & Partnership teams such as Operations, Financial Analytics, and Portfolio Management, to be able to effectively convey priorities to other business linesDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:Post-secondary education in a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey and present information clearlyAbility to work with cross-functional teams on initiatives and projects of varying scope and duration simultaneouslyDemonstrated financial acumen, analytical skills and proven ability to think strategicallyKnowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Tableau is an assetPrevious knowledge of Loyalty programs, credit cards or travel rewards programs is an assetLocation(s): Canada : Ontario : TorontoScotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
