Job Summary As an Analyst, you will partner with various Syndicate desks and Origination team members, including Bankers, Underwriters, Traders, Sales and Trade Support. There will be interaction with Compliance, FINRA, MSRB, DTC, CUSIP (and other applicable internal and external entities) to coordinate the issuance and settlement of corporate, municipal and structured product underwritings. Opportunities to support any expansions to these business units.Job DescriptionWork jointly with Syndicate Desks and Trade Support to manage the execution, maintenance and settlement of syndicate issuances – Municipal, Investment Grade, Asset Back, High Yield, CLO, GELP/Structured Products syndicated new issuances where RBCCM LLC, RBC EL and RBC Dominion holds a lead roleWire monies for the settlement of syndicate issues, and payment of any deal related vendor invoicesPrepare final settlement letters for underwriters on Lead managed issues.
