  • SALARY: £31,151 rising to £32,395 on 1st April
  • LOCATION(S): Birmingham
  • HOURS: Full-time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

  • Delivery of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment – serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues, providing timely updates on transactions, and offering technical support to clients.
  • Actively identify complaints with a focus on resolution and route cause to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues – ensuring that all client interactions are documented properly, logging client requests where applicable.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding and application of Anti Money Laundering procedures relevant to trade services.
  • Take a proactive role in driving PTG and Continuous improvement identifying opportunities for waste removal
