This person will play a key role and work with the executive committee to develop and implement a proactive investor relations outreach program while being involved in a range of activities in cash management and banking administration.The Analyst will be responsible for establishing the daily global cash position and for conducting research and analysis on the industries in which the company operates including the analysis of the results of the company’s segments and peers for internal and external stakeholders.When your actions lead to success.TreasuryEstablish the global cash position daily in collaboration with internal stakeholders: identify cash needs, estimate cash inflows, and make recommendations regarding amounts to borrow (or invest)Manage bank requests for cash management or other ad hoc requests.Maintain the cash flow schedule to meet all payment deadlines for our financing, hedging instruments and inter-company balances.Perform various analyses and assist the team in producing various presentations for the Board of Directors, credit agencies and financial partners.Investor RelationsSupport the quarterly earnings disclosure process by ensuring consistency of key messages and adherence to best practices.Execute an investor relations (IR) program, including a best-in-class external communications plan to enhance the company’s reputation and increase awareness among our stakeholders.Conduct research and analysis on the industries in which the company operates.When your expertise drives us.
- University degree in finance / accounting
- Professional designation (CPA, CFA), an asset
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with teams in Canada and the USA)
- Curiosity, analytical skills and business acumen
