We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Analytics Engineer to develop, manage and optimise our customer data infrastructure, pipelines and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining and managing data pipelines and developing a scalable data warehouse. (PDF, 246.88kb)More detailsWe are looking for a proactive and adaptable Analytics Engineer to develop, manage and optimise our customer data infrastructure, pipelines and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining and managing data pipelines and developing a scalable data warehouse. A key focus of this role will be bringing in new data sources to build the Single Customer View. You will also working closely with the Insight team to ensure they have access to the data they need and provide guidance to optimise the SQL reporting layer.You have a curious mindset and are passionate about exploring data, transforming and integrating data from different sources. You enjoy trouble shooting and optimising data processes to improve data quality and reliability. You like working as part of a team and collaborating with stakeholders.If you enjoy problem solving, automation, efficiency improvements and working in an environment where not everything is established, this role is for you.Interviews are due to take place on 9 April.This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
