Accounts Payable Accountant (Temporary)
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Rate: $28–$30/hour

We’re partnering with a global leader in the manufacturing industry seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Accountant to support their team in Irvine, CA.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process high volumes of vendor invoices, ensuring correct dates, amounts, and vendor detailsMaintain records of accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end close processesCreate and post journal entries as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and support payment processingUse SAP and SAP Concur to manage and track expenses and accounts payable activitiesQualifications:2+ years of accounts payable experienceProficiency in SAP and SAP ConcurStrong understanding of general accounting principles and journal entriesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys diving into details, supporting efficient AP operations, and working with a high-performing team.
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
