This position collaborates closely with the lead architect to design and maintain sophisticated, interconnected sheets, reports, and dashboards that support effective data management and visualization.Typical duties include:Program Reporting Support: Developing and maintaining reporting systems in Smartsheet to support grantee programs and OEII initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, user accessibility, and adherence to timelines while collaborating with analysts and leadership to track progress, resolve issues, and document processes.Program Technical Assistance: Providing technical support and guidance to staff, grantees, and the public on data systems, troubleshooting user issues, and identifying improvements to enhance usability and customer experience.Office-Wide Collaboration: Supporting cross-team and capacity-building initiatives through effective collaboration and teamwork.Minimum Qualifications (Need to Have):Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; ORAn associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; ORAn equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum qualifications must be met to qualify for this position.Desired Attributes (Nice to Have):Ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience maintaining data security protocols for sensitive information.Understanding of database design principles.Experience with Smartsheet and/or spreadsheetsExperience working with culturally and individually diverse groups, including sovereign nations.Skill and fluency in a team-oriented environment with cooperative decision-making.Skill in soliciting and valuing diverse viewpoints.Strong attention to detail.Strong written and oral communication skills, including public speaking.We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job.
