Job Details

Are you looking to change career, then this may be the opportunity for you.

An apprenticeship is a work-based training programme that leads to an industry approved qualification. The training will be both on and off-the-job, which means apprentices learn the right mix of skills, abilities and knowledge.

You will work alongside Early Years Officers under the leadership of the nursery management team supporting children within a nursery environment, supporting the effective learning and teaching environment through inclusive practice.

You will contribute to the creation of a positive primary ethos, developing children’s self-esteem and personal identity in a climate of trust and praise. You will work with parents and carers, and with other agencies, to promote the welfare and development of every child.

As part of this job role the post holder will work towards achieving key milestones to gain a SVQ Level 3 in Social Services Children and Young People.

These apprenticeships are open to anyone of any age or work background.
