  • Build strong relationships with Store Managers, Managing Pharmacists and pharmacy teams to support, advise and guide the efficient operation of their pharmacy.
  • Identify opportunities and develop a business plan with managers to maximise margin growth.
  • Build strong relationships with the Support Office team on each brand pillars.
  • Drive brand and retail standards across each pharmacy in the territory.
  • Give feedback to support office to drive opportunities and contribute to the brand strategy.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new stores into the brand and act as the liaison between head office support team and store team
  • Responsible for the management of store P&Ls within your remit.

Dispensary

  • Drive compliance on dispensary purchasing guidelines to ensure maximum margin for the pharmacy across Generics, Brands, PI’s & ULM’s.
  • Support Store Manager , Managing Pharmacist in achieving the highest clinical standards and work flows for dispensary efficiency through working with the Regulatory support team and SOP’s.
  • Support implementation of new health & patient services with best practice and case study
  • Ensure the pharmacy is maximizing use and understanding of our Claims Support model.
  • Drive key dispensary KPI’s with benchmarks on Generic Compliance, Procurement , Leakage

Retail Management

  • Analyze category performance by pharmacy and work with commercial team on opportunities to improve performance.
  • Work with pharmacy owner and support office on Macro Layout for store
  • Ensure compliance with planograms and preferred suppliers.
  • Promote customer engagement, maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Promote up-selling and link selling by the pharmacy team.
  • Ensure correct execution of seasonal promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with preferred retail pricing that maximizes margin and considers product price sensitivity and local competitive factors.
  • Provide feedback to commercial team on local competitive issues and opportunities.
  • Train and coach pharmacy teams to deliver best in class retail experiences.
  • Ensure compliance and understanding to in-pharmacy EPOS systems.
