Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with Autism in 1:1 or small group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create engaging, adaptive learning experiences.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage their emotional and social development.
  • Assist with personal care and sensory needs as required.
  • Promote independence and confidence in students both in and out of the classroom.

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous work with children or young adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties is a must.
  • Compassion & Patience: You understand the unique challenges students with ASD face and have the empathy and commitment to support them.
  • Adaptability: You’re flexible, proactive, and always ready to meet the changing needs of the students.
  • Communication Skills: You’re great at working as part of a team and connecting with both students and staff.
