ASD Teaching Assistant – Slough – April StartAre you passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?Do you have the dedication and skills to make a real difference in the lives of young learners?A lovely school in Slough is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic ASD Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team within their Resource Base.About the Role: As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children in the resource base, providing one-to-one support and tailored interventions to help them thrive in their educational journey. You will be instrumental in helping children build social, emotional, and academic skills in a nurturing and structured environment.Key Responsibilities of ASD Teaching Assistant:

• Provide personalized support to children with ASD, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop key life skills.
• Support teachers in creating an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and independence.
• Monitor progress and assist with assessments to track individual development.
• Promote positive behaviour and social skills through structured activities and interventions.
• Work closely with parents and professionals to ensure the child’s needs are met.
