This role will provide essential education and training to develop your skills in social care, safeguarding, and pastoral support.Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies.
- Support students’ emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
- Gain practical experience in education and training, helping prepare for a career in social work.
Requirements:
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, Health & Social Care, or a related field (or working towards one).
- Passion for supporting children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a school or care setting is beneficial but not essential.
