This independently owned, high-end venue is known for its exceptional food, service, and private events, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment for passionate hospitality professionals.Your Role:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly.
- Supervise and motivate a talented team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage stock levels, including ordering and inventory control, to ensure the restaurant is always fully stocked and efficient.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end or fine dining setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
