Job description

The Estates Directorate at Queen’s University Belfast is currently seeking to appoint a candidate to the post of Assistant Estates Manager (Building Services). The successful candidate will assist the Estates Managers in the design and implementation of building services engineering projects on campus and to manage minor works projects.

The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:

  • HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar related discipline plus significant recent relevant post qualification experience in building services engineering.
  • Experience in the design, specification and overseeing installation of mechanical engineering services.
