RSK Environment is seeking an ambitious Assistant Frameworks Coordinator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This will be a hybrid role, with some travel required for meetings and training to one of our main offices such as London, Manchester or Bristol. We welcome applicants from across the UK.An Assistant Framework Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Frameworks Manager and members of the team to ensure delivery of projects and tenders. All work will be carried out with an appropriate level of care and attention, compliant with RSK procedures and completed following the instructions given from the senior member(s) of staff.Coordinators will be expected to demonstrate good communication with team members and their peers. They will be self-motivated, exhibit a proactive approach and work well within a team environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Support with all aspects of invoices and purchase orders, working alongside our finance teams.
  • Setting up tenders and projects on RSK internal accounting system, Focalpoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage trackers and have an understanding of Excel
  • Support with team with any administrative tasks that may be required.
  • Running the Frameworks Team in the absences of the Frameworks Manager
  • Managing and organising the frameworks inbox.
  • Encourage team involvement in business aims and improvement initiatives.
  • Actively engage in business improvement and change programs
  • Champion improvement and best practices

Person Specification

  • Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and the ability to interrogate data within spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work independently with good communication skills, attention to detail and can prioritise workloads.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers relating to work to be undertaken including the ability to ask for help when needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with RSK Environment Teams, Business Areas and RSK Business Units for the benefit of the company.
