Job description
The Governors of this forward-thinking school are looking to appoint a highly motivated teacher to lead KS2 and Standards, with a specific focus on assessment and data in the school to meet the ethos, values, aims and objectives of the school.
- Ensuring assessment and tracking systems are robust and effective in supporting the tracking and progress of all children
- Collating and presenting whole school data to staff, governors and other relevant agencies
Having a clear overview of the data to present strengths and areas for development across the whole school and within key stages (working with the SLT).
The school is seeking the right person to lead the continued development of this important area, build on the high standards and join the Senior Leadership Team. This is ideal for a teacher with a few years of teaching experience who is now ready to take on a leadership role beyond their classroom or somebody who already has leadership experience and wants to develop this in a new setting.
