We offer a truly individualised educational experience to our students and seek to appoint an outstanding candidate who shares our vision for a flexible, individualised, student-centred approach to education.The successful candidates will be expected to have:Substantial leadership experience at senior or middle leadership level in a secondary setting.
Experience in raising standards across a whole school, or within a specific field/faculty.
An enthusiastic desire to take a lead role in managing this unique educational establishment on our split-site provision, catering for students whose primary needs are associated with their wellbeing and both mental and physical health.
A passionate commitment towards raising standards of progress and attainment of all our students, regardless of barriers.
A genuine interest in, and enthusiasm for, enhancing the personal development offer available to all students, and for helping all students become the best version of themselves.
A keen interest in working collaboratively with all our partners to help our students and families make a successful transition back to mainstream education.
