Welcome to the role of Assistant Manager at Beck’s! We are looking for someone to join our team at our BRAND NEW location in Peoria Heights, IL!

As a Beck’s Assistant Manager, you are empowered to lead our most valuable assets: our people! This includes onboarding and training new employees and coaching Team Leads and Associates. Our Assistant Managers help hold employees accountable to achieve Beck’s standards 100% of the time to provide the most convenient experience possible for our customers.

What You Will Do:

• Provide an excellent customer experience by constantly engaging with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Assist with back-office paperwork
• Promote teamwork and a positive, high-performing culture
• Assist with ordering and utilizing Build-To guides
• Support training and development of store associates
• Cross-train in kitchen operations
• Assist in scheduling
