We work together to drive ambition for every future!What You’ll DoPerforming all Static Data Validation maintenance / administrative duties as assigned including:

  • Investigate / follow up of all exception reports, as well as updating sub-system resulting from incoming responses.
  • Identify trends / errors and suggest enhancements to process/ database to improve overall efficiency.
  • Sundry input/updates to the sub-systems as required such as special projects, system product changes.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Verify/capture pertinent information from the credit authorizations, and other authorized source documentation to the related sub – systems including:

  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Derivatives, FI, Equity and Cash products and settlement instructions.
  • Being responsible for reliable data entered into the sub-systems.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the various source systems as Anvil, Gloss and Omgeo, MMI, Impact, ADP, WSS, MUREX, K2, etc.
  • Solid understanding of documentation required to onboard a counterparty in accordance with applicable regulations.

Performing all other admin / routine duties as assigned from time to time, including:

  • Participate in BCP/BRP tests etc. as called for including non-business hours/days occurrences.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing activities for ongoing system enhancements or implementation of new systems.
  • Provide support in major project imitative through to completion as directed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical background in data management and onboarding and experience in financial services information technology.
  • Knowledge of current and upcoming change in rules and regulations such as a FATCA, Volker, EMIR, Dodd Frank as applicable to GBM businesses and in accordance with the relevant governing regulator bodies, specifically IIROC; OSFI; FINRA, SEC, etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required, including strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of various derivative and foreign exchange products, as well as disbursement and confirmation processes
  • Knowledge of ADP, Impact, MMI, ANVIL, Global One, GLOSS, ARROW, WSS, MUREX, K2 systems would be an asset.
