We are looking to appoint an experienced, skilled and compassionate Assistant Progress Leader to work with a specific year group.We are committed to supporting our staff, we can offer an Employee Assistance Programme (Health Assured), comprehensive CPD programme, Occupational Health, Free Parking and a Bike to Work Scheme.The school is truly comprehensive in its intake and is proud of its outstanding pastoral care for our most vulnerable children and young people.The successful applicant will work under the direction of the relevant Progress Leader to ensure that every student makes good progress towards their academic targets and maintains a high standard of attendance, punctuality, organisation for learning and behaviour in line with the ethos of the school. An additional requirement of the role is to support standards across the school, working as part of the wider pastoral team.The position would suit someone with outstanding levels of personal resilience, good humour and a team-orientated approach to work. An unswerving focus on the best possible outcomes for all children, no matter the context, is an absolute prerequisite. There is also a requirement for applicants to hold a full driving licence and to have access to a vehicleThis post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
