Job description
EDP an RSK Company is looking for an Assistant Project Co-ordinator to join their team. The Assistant Project Co-ordinator will assist the Program Delivery Manager in delivering exceptional administrative support for a new project, where large amounts of data needs to be processed in very tight deadlines to clients and consultants. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, with possibility to go Perm after initial term, the role will be Mixed working with remote home working and office attendance based out of the St. Helens Offices.EDP is an international health, safety and environmental consultancy founded over 25 years ago with offices throughout the UK and with international operations in Australia, Singapore, and Ireland.Responsibilities
- Upkeep of Trackers and client software systems
- Processing reports and uploading on to client portal
- Invoicing
- Supporting Program Delivery Manager on request from client
- Ensuring project folders are update and relevant information stored correctly
- Producing training pack materials and ensuring they with the client in a timely manner
- Processing completed training and liaising with accredited bodies and producing certification.
- General Administration duties as and when required
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of working in customer facing administration role
- Excellent IT skills particularly, Word, Excel and Access
- Working as part of a team in a busy environment
- Good communication skills, helpful and professional both over the telephone and in a face to face environment.
- Good keyboard skills with a working knowledge in computer software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop good relationships with clients and representatives at all levels
Salary and Benefits
- Salary £22,350 – £23,850
