Job description

General Administration department strategy is to deliver excellent general administrative services to the whole Bank covering different functions including project management, facilities, logistic and events, admin and central filing, systems, commercial property and security operations, residential and commercial property management. As an Assistant Property Management – Mandarin Speaking, you will be responsible to assist in expat accommodation management and project management within the General Administration department. This is a full time permanent position.Key responsibilities

  • Assist with managing expat accommodation
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and monitoring all relevant expenses for the residences
  • Assist with maintenance, acquisition and disposal of assets for expat flats
  • Assist with negotiating and maintaining property rentals and lease terms for portfolio of properties
  • Responsible for liaising with managing agent and other relevant parties on behalf of the Banks’ residents
  • Assist Financial Management and HR & Training departments with the Bank’s residential properties and other relevant enquires arise
  • Assist the Project Manager with the implementation of projects
  • Provide administrative and logistic support to the Project Manager
  • Prepare and distribute materials for briefing and presentations
  • Prepare external and internal correspondence such as memos, letters, reports, agendas, meeting material and minutes
  • Support with ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

  • Degree educated in Business, Finance, Accounting or other equivalent
  • Good knowledge of compliance regulatory requirements in the Banking/Financial Services sector
  • Customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to form relationships with different types of stakeholders within the department and the wider Bank
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
