  • Effectively support the overall objectives of the CMAX paint and body store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
  • Assist the Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories, handling bank deposits, and other administrative duties that will be assigned from time to time.
  • Attend and participate in regular communication meetings held by the Store Manager.

QualificationsTo join our team, you need:

  • College diploma in business or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Paint experience and knowledge is an asset.
  • Experience in Personnel Management and Operations is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
