You will provide quality client service and help deepen relationships with existing clients through ongoing, efficient support to both clients and the Advisor Team.What will you do?

  • Work with a great team in a dynamic and rewarding environment
  • Support the team in preparing account opening documentation and onboarding clients
  • Support the team in general administrative duties in the management of client accounts and in the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Maintaining the team’s Service Plan.
  • Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, requests for tax receipts, account reporting, etc.).
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary
  • Support & maintain digital presence and other marketing related opportunities
  • Leading the team with respect to new branch-wide technology roll outs and other new initiatives and being an expert for the team to seamlessly adapt to changes

What do you need to succeed?Must-have

  • Industry experience of 2+ years
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Successful completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
  • Successful completion of Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) or willingness to complete within 3 months
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional client service skills demonstrating professionalism, warmth and friendliness to clients
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures
