You will assist by helping to deepen the relationships with existing clients through ongoing, efficient support to both the clients and the advisory team.What will you do?

  • Assist with upholding Advisory team’s business plan, client service plan, and review schedule.
  • Update client info in the team’s contact management system. Maintain a record of client details, interactions, meeting notes, and identified opportunities for follow up.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for Advisors with clients and prospects – help establish meeting agenda; assemble documents, key notes, and discussion points for advisory team; execute post-meeting work or ensure it is delegated to the appropriate person.
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
  • Assist the Advisory team with client onboarding.
  • Respond to general client inquiries (account transactions, requests for tax receipts, account reporting, etc.).
