What you’ll be doing
The Associate, EM Corporate and Analyst Events role is involved in the planning and execution of research analyst and corporate marketing, internal presentations as well as Equity Markets’ and Capital Markets’ conferences and events. The successful candidate will support Equity Research and Equity Sales as well as Global Markets and Capital Markets groups with their corporate and institutional investor engagement efforts. The individual is a driven and collaborative professional looking for a fast paced role that offers connectivity to most of Capital Markets business lines.

How you’ll succeed
Relationship building – Liaising with Corporate Issuers, Institutional Investors, Analysts as well as other internal partners for the planning and execution of research and corporate events including marketing roadshows, webcasts, internal presentations, social events and conferences. The role spans Equities and other Global Markets groups. Collaboration with, and support of, Sales and Research Analysts in the execution of these marketing mandates.
Organization and delivery – Accurate and timely development, coordination and delivery of marketing materials and other documentation in support of the marketing efforts including investor and issuer prep packages, invitations, schedules etc. Leadership in the organization and delivery of one-on-one meetings at conferences with the responsibility for investor and issuer client service in partnership with Sales, Trading and Research. Planning and execution responsibilities including: creating internal communications / invitations for all events, arranging facilities, technology, presentation materials, catering and transportation services across multiple geographies. Organization, management and delivery of feedback and reporting from marketing and events for consumption by senior management and internal partners across business lines. Maintenance of mid-and long-term planning tools in support of Equity Markets and Global Markets strategy.

You can demonstrate prior experience in event management, high-value customer service or capital markets experience is an asset
