Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?This role supports RBC Investor Services’ Strategic Partner clients from a digital adoption and execution perspective. It ensures client success through strong engagement and exceptional service. They are responsible for anticipating, understanding, and addressing the clients’ needs. They must also be able to build strong relationships across the broader business development, operations, IT, DMO, product and other internal teams critical to the end-to-end client lifecycle. With a consultative, solutions-oriented approach; they will be expected to demonstrate initiative, energy, and superior execution in growing and maintaining their assigned relationships.What will you do?
- Own the client operating model design, change management and execution
- Develop a greater understanding of client strategy & efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Support clients through execution-oriented service delivery and improvements
- Conduct gap assessments to identify client specific opportunities to improve and drive digital adoption
- Analytics of client data to drive improved experience and improved financial results
- Lead and support client on all operating model change/design and execution discussions/planning. This will include leading any product additions that change a clients operating model (ex onboarding GC Direct, CLS, migrating to Swift)
- Lead and own` annual product roadmap client presentations including the coordination of agendas, materials and both internal and client participants
- Provide support and participate in the Quarterly Service Review preparation and execution including providing inputs for the creation of materials such as scorecards and KPI data
- Provide support for and participate in key client strategic meetings including annual Client Due Diligence presentations
- Preparation and ownership of regularly occurring client monthly meetings – coordinate schedules, Agenda, stakeholders/participants, meeting minutes and follow-up on action items while ensuring accountabilities and target dates for all client initiatives are clearly communicated.
- Maintenance and ownership of CPOM profiles
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
- 4+ years of work experience within the Asset Servicing or Asset Management space
- Experience with creating and executing digital adoption strategy.
- Experience and familiarity operations such as onboarding clients, Swift migration, Continuous Linked Settlements (CLS)
- Experience with Data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of finance or business
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills are required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent client relationship building skills
