Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Provide analytical support to the local finance team and stakeholders in the organisation
  • Process deductions and claims from customers on timely basis
  • Assist in the planning and tracking of budget vs spent
  • Cash management activities and prepare cash flow forecast
  • Banking functions including bank deposits
  • Maintenance and support on budget tracking tools
  • Management Reporting including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reporting
  • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of reports
  • Working on structured and unstructured assignments
  • Prepare and present financial information to finance team members
  • Maintaining files, preparation of financial calendars, and administrative work as needed
  • Other ad hoc projects/administrative task as needed

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Full P&L and B/S experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Enrolled in Professional Accounting Designation preferred
  • Advanced level of Excel is required for data organization and analysis
  • Well-verse with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Words) applications along with working knowledge of HPT, Oracle, Sales Force, Cognos tools as an advantage
  • Must be a team player capable of adapting and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to develop strong working relationships across cross functional teams
  • Must have effective communication skills, well organized and have strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to meet periodic project and month end deadlines, results driven
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
