Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?You will provide support to all participants in the day-to-day administration of an assigned group of Single Names and the reconciliation of their related credit facilities, loan drawings and fee and interest schedules. The competence with which you will carry out your duties will have major impact on the credibility of the department, both within and outside the Bank.You must display a clear understanding of the administrative aspects of each assigned deal in order to resolve the various requests for interpretation and action that arise daily.What will you do?Process quarterly Prime interest, LC fee and accruing fee transactions in loans systems as required by the Credit Agreement for the assigned portfolio of Borrower NamesEnsure payments are reconciled in timely fashion and any non-payments are escalatedAssist with the daily reconciliation of the internal accounts by following up for missing entriesPromptly updating OMS comments dailyAct as a backup to other Analysts on the teamBecome the subject matter expert for the end to end loan processing and reconciliation and actively seeks opportunities of enhancements for operational/control efficiency and propose recommendationsProvides support to analysts in the day-to-day administration of the assigned groups of Borrower Names and provides assistance for complex reconciliationsWhat do you need to succeed?Must Have:University degree or College Diploma or any equivalent combination of qualifications and/or experienceProficiency in Excel, Word, OutlookAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team environmentAbility to prioritize, work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlinesStrong analytical skills, detail oriented and ability identify issues and suggest solutionsCommunicate effectively with people at various levels, both internally and externallyQuick learner who can handle high volumeComfortable with ambiguity in order to determine tasks requestedNice to HaveExperience in Loans/CreditWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
