Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Manages all aspects of administrative support functions for large or multiple offices or departments. Manager with HR responsibility. Typically manages and oversees supervisors and/or hourly/professional jobs and responsible for setting the overall direction for employees.What will you do?
- Support end-to-end operations for loan origination, processing, servicing, and reporting, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on loan operations, providing insights, solutions, and analysis for any operational challenges.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to loan performance, processing timelines, exception handling, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to address and resolve issues, improve workflows, and deliver excellent service.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews of loan-related documentation and processes for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend changes to improve productivity and minimize errors.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Assist in loan system testing, enhancements, and implementation of process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between loan operations and other business units to ensure seamless communication and consistency.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics, or any quantitative degrees
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and Detail Oriented
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of ACBS, LoanIQ
- Knowledge of loan products, loan processing and payment methods
