We are currently looking for an Associate Process Leader to join our Operations team at our largest UK campus in Macclesfield.Accountabilities:As an Associate Process Leader, you will work alongside existing Process Leaders to gain proficiency in manufacturing processes such as formulation, manufacturing, filling, and packaging. You will also gain experience in supporting processes such as deviation management and implementation of Manufacturing Excellence. You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day performance of defined processes in terms of adherence to plan, operational standards, cost, asset, cGMP and safety (SHE).Essential Skills/Experience:A Science/Engineering degree, or equivalent academic/practical work experienceExperience of working within a highly compliant or cGMP environment in either an Operational or Laboratory based rolePassionate about developing coaching and leadership skillsPassion for continuous improvement and problem solvingDesirable Skills/Experience:Experience in project managementFamiliarity with digital platforms to improve performanceExperience in implementing lean principlesWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
