Job Summary To provide quality client service and help deepen relationships with existing clients through ongoing, efficient support to both clients and advisory teams.Job Description
- Conduct ongoing research on markets and investments, provide regular updates to the advisory team.
- Review portfolios regularly and re-balance them with guidance from the advisory team, manage TAC sheets, risk dashboard, bulk trading, IPS (new and updates).
- Make recommendations for changes, switches (Advisor, A+, MF, other); track positions held; identify buy / sell opportunities; manage positions to be in line with models.
- Follow-up on orders to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
- Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner (account transactions, requests, account documentation, account reporting, etc.).
- Tap into your superior problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service. Working collaboratively, you will at times liaise with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions.
