£70,000We are now looking for some fantastic candidates to join a reputable Top 50 accountancy practice based in East London, dedicated to delivering exceptional financial services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with partners, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasises professional growth and client satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee and manage audit processes for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
– Prepare and review financial statements and reports, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
– Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and trainees, enhancing their professional development.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their accounting and audit needs effectively.
– Collaborate with partners to develop strategies for client retention and new business opportunities.**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
– ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
– Extensive experience in audit and accounting within a practice environment.
– Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
