Seeking an Audit Senior to join and assist leading a diverse portfolio of audit clients predominantly in the corporate sector. The successful candidate will possess superior accounting skills to effectively manage and optimise the full audit process.to closing
- Leading and managing audits throughout the full process
- Providing expert advice to clients when solutions are needed.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards including both IFRS and UKGAAP.
- Collaborating with team members to optimise audit procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for new business growth and development opportunities.
- Contributing to the firm by supporting junior team members.
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to strategic planning.

- Relevant qualifications in accounting and finance (ACA/ACCA)
- Proven practical experience working in a UK accountancy firm, in a similar role
- Have at least 50% audit exposure in previous roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in audit software and other related technology. Caseware is desirable
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and professional conduct.
- Must have the right to work in the UK
