• MUST HAVE MIN 5-10 years Sr Management role in an auto dealer, AND
• NICE TO HAVE, 1-2 yrs Service Manager Experience

MUST HAVE the ability to invest in an equity position (amount negotiable) * MUST HAVE Strategic planning and decision-making abilities

• MUST HAVE high level of communication skills with the ability to communicate to customers, management, and colleagues.
• MUST HAVE the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• MUST HAVE Financial Acumen and business profitability focus
