Role: Installation Engineer – Audio VisualLocation: Livingston, ScotlandSalary: £24,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefitsKinly is a global leader in Audio Visual and Unified Communications technology, partnering with numerous high-profile organizations to enhance collaboration, engagement, and productivity. We design, engineer, and support AV and collaboration technology solutions that deliver real business value and exceptional user experiences.We now have an exciting opportunity for a new installation engineer to join our collaborative team in Livingston.Working alongside the team leader, you will help to design, engineer install, and support audio visual and collaboration technology solutions to our large customer base.The successful candidate must be passionate about quality and should be able to work as part of a team.Key responsibilities:Installation of professional audio-visual solutionsSet up and commissioning of low complexity solutionsCarrying out site surveys and providing detailed reports to the project team to identify risks and make recommendations for the projectAttending sites for preventative maintenance and service visits as and when requiredAdhere to project schedules to accomplish project completionAssess installation work to ensure the highest standard is kept through all stages of a projectMonitor site conditions to ensure appropriate delivery of sensitive equipmentCustomer engagement and collaboration at all levelsContinuous review of opportunities to improve quality, systems and processSkills & experience:Proven experience in the Installation field with AV installationAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical problemsAbility to look at process improvement detailsWillingness to work as part of a global teamAbility to interface well with clients and peersStrong decision-making skills and the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges during installationsIf you are selected for interview, and need any reasonable adjustments made for your interview, please let the Talent Acquisition team know, at the point of scheduling.If you do require details of the vacancy or the application process in an alternative format, please either email outlining your requirements; or you can view the vacancy via the which allows you to customise the content so that you can review in a way that works best for you.About KinlyKinly is the globally trusted AV and UCC technology advisor to world-class organisations.
